CityServe Arizona, the parent organization of HopeFestPHX, is a non-profit dedicated to serving the underserved citizens of Phoenix and the entire Valley. Through collaboration with private businesses, local government and individuals, HopeFestPHX provides thousands of people with free services like: medical, dental, vision, food, housing, haircuts, clothing, personal care products, employment services, child safety needs and more.

Updated Website

CityServe Arizona is a very small organization and lacked the bandwidth and technical ability to properly manage their website. Fostering the spirit of HopeFestPHX, I collaborated with friends and colleagues to re-design their website and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.

We were able to upgrade HopeFestPHX's outdated website to a modern, responsive solution running on a user-friendly CMS in order to relieve some of the burden from the staff.

1. Responsive Design

Updated design that works across devices and includes an email capture form.

2. Prominent CTA's

Large, visually appealing buttons that include the most important actions we want users to take.

3. Custom Sponsor Manager

We implemented a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor to make updating and re-arranging sponsors as simple as possible.

Consistent Social Presence

As noted above, HopeFestPHX had very little bandwidth for marketing efforts. I created a few simple social templates, updated their three main channels every other day, and frequently engaged with guests who sent questions via Facebook Messenger.
